It's very apparent that the world of late night comedy on television is a boy's club. Men are continually landing late night gigs on cable television. Women can host late night on other channels, but their shows are not as successful or popular.

The reason is that men keep handing down their legacy to other men. Women have been in the mix as options, but most often when a late night legend retires, his show goes to an established male host. A woman is never given the chance she deserves.

Is there an answer to fix this problem? Yes! Put more women in late night. A few already have their foot in the door, but it's time to bust that door down. This website aims to explore the way that women can begin to alter the way the public views late night.
